This powerful, fully automated lens deboxer is designed for high-throughput 24/7 operation, unpacking a wide range of box types — perforated or non-perforated, with or without blisters — in a clean and reliable process. The system automatically identifies each box’s type, contents, orientation, and dimensions. Built for maximum efficiency, it deboxes two lenses at a time and removes them without ever touching the delicate lens surface. Optimized for eco-friendly cardboard packaging, the system requires minimal energy, making it highly sustainable. All waste materials are separated and collected individually to support simplified recycling.

Laser marking requirements vary widely, which is why we have developed CCL Modulo ONE, a flexible laser platform, combining high-speed automation, excellent marking quality, and industrial-level throughput. Available with Excimer, CO₂, or DPSS lasers, it ensures seamless integration into the automation environment and uniform operation. Using artificial intelligence, it identifies common defects such as scratches, pits, haze, chatter, and cutting marks, while learning each lab’s unique acceptance criteria. In addition, CSI-P Modulo ONE measures the spherical and cylindrical power, axes and prism in transmission with high resolution across the full map. Maximize production of UPC Evo with this compact, flexible automation system. It automatically loads and unloads blocked contact lenses and IOLs from a large storage unit. The automation can be used with a single UPC Evo or combined with two machines, allowing costs to be shared while both systems run simultaneously. With capacity for up to 770 lenses, it enables unattended production even during long shifts. The setup also supports splitting production between front and back curves, eliminating time-consuming tool changes. Since the storage can be restocked at any time, priority jobs can be processed quickly.
