Max out production of UPC Evo with this compact and flexible automation 

This smart system automatically loads and unloads blocked contact lenses and IOLs from a large storage for seamless production.
The setup is highly flexible and offers several options: Basically, the very compact automation can be added to one single UPC Evo or be used as a powerful combination with two UPC Evos.
Thus, the costs of the automation can be split between two machines.

Full automation for full control
If you go for the combo, both UPC Evo will run simultaneously, use the same tool set up and produce the desired contact lenses. By implementing the new un-/loading automation, one operator can handle several machines effortlessly. The automation can store and handle up to 770 lenses at a time, depending on the size of the lenses (S, M, L ,XL) and the according automation tray.  Even long night shifts can be prepared for automated production. Alternatively, the production process can be split in front curve and back curve production with a different tool set up for each machine. As a result, no time-consuming tool changes are needed anymore. Since the storage is accessible for restocking at any time of the production process, it is even possible to push priority productions for fastest delivery times.
