HSC sprint X

Small size. Big value. Extra performance.

Information

More powerful, higher performance
With the advanced X version, the popular HSC Sprint now becomes more powerful than ever. Leveraging latest developments from the SCHNEIDER innovation hub, HSC Sprint X features most modern process technology providing considerably higher performance and greater throughput than before.

HSC Sprint X offers all the advantages of digital without the need for significant investment in space and knowledge. It combines full surfacing capabilities with the highest quality and attractive price in a small, economical and powerful generator.

The ideal solution for the central surfacing unit in a smaller lab or the backup machine to a larger freeform lab with the same quality.

Small outside, big inside
Using floor space no larger than an office desk, you can generate your complete lens range. The small size enables a setup in even the smallest areas of a lab. This spot might be the back end of a retail shop or larger labs that wish to replace their conventional equipment with a new generation of surfacing machines.

The workspace of the HSC Sprint X is conveniently located and easily accessible for the operator. An automated workspace door and a large touch screen support easy operation.

Inside, you find the power you expect from a SCHNEIDER machine. The combination of extra robust design, tightly controlled new drive technology and upgraded software allow HSC Sprint X to perform at an even higher level than the original version. The result is considerably higher throughput.

The fast rough cutting process is contained within the milling chamber leading to controlled swarf channeling and keeping the machine clean. Specialties such as high wrap curves, which cannot be cut by a milling tool are processed by the RS-tec motor with ease. The design of the RS-tec motor supports single-tool and twin-tool operation.

A genuine HSC
The HSC Sprint X includes the proven concepts of larger SCHNEIDER machines. The machine is designed on the industryproven kinematics for fast rough cutting and cribbing and most precise HSC fine turning in a compact space.

The surfacing motors utilize high-performance controllers enabling fast communication and highest resolution of data. The result is the most precise algorithmic translation of information to process any and all unique freeform and Rx lens designs.

The Power-Safety System reacts within microseconds in the case of unexpected external power failures eliminates the risk of machine damage.

The team player
Maximum value is gained from the HSC Sprint X in conjunction with the other SCHNEIDER machines.

The CCP Swift polisher handles the full work load of the HSC Sprint X generator. Both machines team up to work as the most economical digital-surfacing solution in the market.

Together with the CB Bond blocker and the CCL C*mark laser marking unit, the machines become a complete manual Rx and freeform surfacing solution – the Sprint Line

The HSC Sprint X makes it easier than ever before to excel in digital surfacing. Start now.
