Introducing the HSC nano X
The Nano Lines extra small and economically priced generator comes in two different versions: X and XP. The two generators impressively demonstrate that with SCHNEIDER, small size and investment don’t necessarily equal compromise in quality or lens geometry. Both machines feature robust and proven components and provide excellent results.

The HSC nano X was developed with a single goal in mind – creating a machine that provides everything that is needed to start an independent freeform business with all essential features at lowest costs.

Minimum environmental requirements, onboard lens design software and smallest footprint make an industrial surrounding obsolete. Actually, any room available can be converted to a production site quickly and easily.

Big player, nano size
At the size of a moving box the HSC nano X is the smallest full-fledged freeform generator in the market. Fitting anywhere, the machine allows maximum freedom to choose any freeform lab layout you can imagine – in a retail shop, a small production lab or far away from centralized lens production sites.

While size is scaled down, quality is maintained at the highest level. Decoupling of machine bed and environment guarantees best conditions for the high speed diamond cutting process resulting in the smoothest lens surfaces.

High robustness is gained by using proven best-in-practice components from evaluated SCHNEIDER systems.

A newly developed LS-tec motor allows for the highest stroke available in the market. Even highly wrapped lens designs are no limitation for the smallest member of the HSC family. These highly dynamic ball bearing motors are unique and exclusively used in SCHNEIDER generators. This allows for superior robustness of the system and greatly reduces environmental requirements. Equipped with the optional Power Safety System (PSS) practically no location is too rough for this little pioneer.

The smart machine is operated via an userfriendly touch panel system. A simple push on the graphical interface starts most intelligent programs that handle complex 3D calculations – fully automated.

And on top all is paired with lowest investment costs.

The HSC nano X option set
The small-sized HSC nano X is designed to be highly modular. The machine can be equipped with a fully laser based engraving system that provides superior marking quality compared to mechanical engraving solutions.

The optional cribbing spindle and twin tool allow for fast machining of non-circular shapes.

In case of an unexpected external power problem, the Power Safety System (PSS) eliminates the risk of machine damage.

A pre-configured Lab Management System, combined with the SCHNEIDER Production Support Package (PSP), containing designs and consumables, provides everything that is needed for a fully independent freeform production.

Full remote capabilities enable quick and professional SCHNEIDER support at any location.
