Safety Hints
With transponder key 2 and the confirm button pressed, axes and pneumatic assemblies can be moved in setup mode with the safety doors open. In a hazardous situation, releasing or fully pressing the confirm button stops the movement immediately, and safely shuts down all drives. Access to moving components is given in setup mode and a risk of injury cannot be ruled out.
With transponder key 5 and the confirm button engaged, axes and pneumatic assemblies can be moved in service mode with the safety doors open. Moving the axes and pneumatic assemblies is done with collision monitoring disabled. Access to moving components is given in service mode and there is an increased a risk of injury. Machine damage cannot be ruled out, either.
