Information

The DHC 300 is the first modular ultrasonic cleaning and hardcoating solution that can be configured to the individual process needs of the larger lab. The great choice of options provides highest flexibility and adaptability.

Two individual robot handling systems guide the lenses through the multi-stage process. The wide range of options includes ultrasonic cleaning and rinsing modules, curing modules like fan assisted hot air or IR drying, and thermal cure primer and dip-coating modules. Individual servo drives allow for speed profiling to achieve optimized lacquer distribution across the lens. The ideal recipes can be selected via a touch screen to match the lens material and type to achieve best results in adhesion, quality, and cosmetics.

As requirements change, existing setups can be adapted, new functions can be added easily with minimal effort thanks to the plug-and-play frame design in combination with slide in modules.

Flexible and adaptable, the DHC 300 is a future-proof investment.
