Information

The DHC 20 is the most compact hardcoating system of SCHNEIDER’s dip-coating series and the perfect solution for small production labs.

A servo drive based two axis handling system guides the lenses through the multi-stage process fully automated. Following a three double-stage US-cleaning the lenses are coated in a thermal cure dip-coating process. This includes a primer stage for polycarbonate lenses and two different lacquer types for index matching. The ideal recipes are selected via a touch screen depending on the lens-material and type to achieve the best quality and cosmetic results.

For maximum stability of cleaning results over a long period of time the DHC 20 is equipped with a two step DI-water regeneration system using resin and active carbon filters. The DHC 20 is perfectly suited to meet any cleaning and hardcoating process requirements of today’s Rx-labs – no matter what lens material. With a throughput of approx. 20 lenses an hour the DHC 20 is the perfect addition to your small lab.
