The integrated polishing tool correction technique allows the correction of polishing tools with standard ring tools. The function Auto-Teaching allows the automatic contacting and thus the exact determination of the contacting point between lens and polishing tool, as well as between polishing tool and correction tool. The polishing tool length and the position of the lens are precised measured. Thus a safe and quick set-up as well as a geometrical exact process is guaranteed.
