The low-cost polishing machine SLP 100 K allows a high productivity and excellent economy due to the combination of traditional processing techniques with modern SPS-technology. An automatic contact function enables the safe and quick determination of the contact point between lens and polishing tool and avaoid the measurement and the time-intensive contacting of the polishing tool as well as the chuck and the lens. All polishing parameters and axis-positions are stored and organised at internal data memory. A safe and quick repeat set-up is guaranteed by loading of the stored job-data just through pushing the button.
