The computer-controlled laser marking system CCL 100 E takes full advantage of a new generation of rugged and very reliable excimer lasers.
The cold material ablation of the laser with a wavelength of 193 nm results in superior marking profiles on any lens material – organic or mineral. An integrated laser gas cabinet, a fast double-arm loading system and the innovative excimer laser scanner head make the CCL 100 E perfectly suited for truly industrial marking solutions and for automated freeform and Rx production lines.
Extended laser gas and tube life, fast loading and reduced marking times results in the lowest cost of ownership of any excimer laser marking system.
