CCU 100 - Automated Blocking
The computer-controlled blocker combines taping, alignment and blocking of lens blanks into a single robic unit. The automated operation guarantees consistent quality of the blocking process. The integrated block ring changer enables the blocker to fulfill virtually all requirements for different block heights and diameters without operator invention.
